OLINDA|EXM software licenses are available to both general and academic users via our online licensing process. Upon successful completion of this process, you will receive an e-mail containing a web link, which will give you access to the site from which the OLINDA|EXM software may be immediately downloaded.
OLINDA|EXM software is currently licensed to general users for a per-copy fee of $750, and to academic users for a per-copy fee of $500.
OLINDA|EXM academic licenses are granted only to those individuals who have a full-time academic appointment at an educational institution. As part of our online licensing process, academic license applicants must certify that they are so qualified. OLINDA|EXM reserves the right to independently verify any or all such certifications.

If you are a governmental entity and are interested in licensing OLINDA|EXM, please provide the initial licensee information by clicking the 'Continue' button below, and an OLINDA|EXM representative will contact you to determine your agency's specific requirements.
PLEASE NOTE: As an OLINDA|EXM license applicant, you will be required to acknowledge and accept the OLINDA|EXM End User License Agreement. Your acceptance will constitute an irrevocable acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of the OLINDA|EXM End User License Agreement and will constitute and contain the total agreement between Vanderbilt University and you with respect to this transaction. Any agreements entered into prior to or contemporaneously with this transaction, whether oral or in writing, will be superseded.
You will also specifically need to acknowledge, represent and agree that any other terms and conditions contained in an invoice, an acknowledgment, a purchase order, a check, or other document sent by or on your behalf shall be void and of no effect, and that Vanderbilt University shall have the right to return your payment and any non-conforming documents and will not be under any obligation to fill your order.
